-Late/Cancellation Policy: We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A fee will be collected equal to 50% of the reserved services if canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. If you are late, your service may be shortened to ensure we are on time for the appointment after you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
